Actually the red meat you can see on the BBQ is kangaroo (and there was some chicken drumsticks, lamb ribs and corn in the husk on there too). We think nothing of eating the national emblems! But there was crocodile as well; a white meat with a gamy quali...

BBQ in all its variations must be one of the Aussie´s most favorite activities. Looking at your weather that´s not really surprising, though we Germans also like our "Grillen", but not presently at -15/-20°C. Some people probably have indoor BBQ´s to make...

loads of beer. I was privileged to attend one some time ago where apart from the usual stuff there were Ostrich, Emu,shark and crocodile. A first for me and everything tasted good. That 5513 is a classic Andrew and looks great on you! Is it the same one C...

... what sort of heat these acrylic / hesalite lenses can take before they craze or melt. But no, I didn't leave my arem in the heat for too long. BBQ was great. Marinated medium-rare kangaroo is always an underappreciated treat. Andrew
