Too bad your first post has to be about a negative experience. Did you purchase the watch direct from an authorized dealer? I'm sure they will assist you in sending the watch to AP to have it fixed. At 18 months you are still under factory warranty. AP wi...

Thanks for the warm welcome Michael. Yes, i have the boutique edition of the 15400. Will be heading over there later today to get the watch fixed.

Don't let the naysayers get you down. It stinks to have a problem like this, but AP will handle it for you. I never worry about investing my money into AP, because they will stand behind the product. Please keep us posted.
