Brand now owned by Mercedes

Looks like a Hanomag F-series built between 1967 and 1973. Hanomag had merged with Henschel in 1969 and the merged company was taken over by Mercedes in 1970.
The F-Series was replaced by the Mercedes-Benz T2

My father once told me he purchased a red convertible at a charity auction. Turns out it was a 1923 Seagraves fire truck.

There are still quite some around...

The factory these days produces the Mercedes Sprinter and VW Crafter. And for a fun fact, before they were bought by MB they used to hand out Zenith watches to their employees for service. Some still pop up every now and again...

Really? Thatโ€™s cool [nt]
