Thanks for sharing Nicolas.. I am thinking of doing a simulation test and perhaps I can come up with a 'standard' which I can share with you guys soon.

Number of turns

There is no instruction as to how many turns a Base model need to attain a 56-hour PR. So this leaves us to experience/s of long time OP users of this model. Hope to see some posts soon. Cheers, - Romie J

On my PAM217 & 219 that use a ETA6497/2 mvmt, it's 40+/-2 turn per 24hrs...good luck
