Officine Panerai: i guess the biggest difference aside from the ti/steel

is the caseback. the 177 is display and the 005 is not. i have had a 000 and a 25, the 25 didnt seem that much lighter than the zero but maybe that was because it was a sub? i have also had a 183, 243, and an 88. the 88gmt which alot of people really like was my least favorite of the bunch. Officine Panerai: thanks! to check the water resistance do you send the watch to panerai?

also is it true that the k series 243 will now be luminova instead of tritium? if so will the t dial 243 be more collectable or not? in other words should i move my 243 for the 64 thoughts? i really would not want both . regards, john g

Officine Panerai: 64c service question

if panerai is not working on t-dial models is it a prohibitive move to go for a 64c? or will tritium flaking not be an issue for many years? is this a realistic concern or much to do about nothing? thanks for your thoughts everyone.
