The watches that come up when you "google" Patek 5004 Blue dial are both with unusual dials. They have the Roman numeral XII then dots for the remaining numerals as well as a tachometer track which sets this watch apart from the ordinary Patek 5004p in color , font and function of the dial. These watches were made as part of a set for a "special" request. The watch with detachable platinum bracelet was part of a two color set comprised of platinum /blue dial and Yellow/Black dial. Both watches are ref. 5004-01.
The 5004p with similar blue dial on a strap came as part of a set of four watches . The rose had cream color dial, white had a salmon dial , yellow had a black dial. The watches were sold at Christies Hong Kong and can be seen more in detail if you search the past auctions on the Christies site.
I hope that this helps.
Sincerely,
jason
