My love for the marque drives me to look for the even the most eclectic examples. This watch fits the bill perfectly, and as a fellow collector described it yesterday, this piece is pure art. The watch in question is a rare find for sure, a super early (5.50) transitional 18049, produced while the plastic 18XX day-dates were still very much in production. 


With all those brown watches floating around as of late, here's a little color for the weekend    smile
