Rolex 1675 Underline, PCG from 1963.
From I 1963, to be precise, with a consistant serial number in the 870 xxx range. Not Double Swiss, but the dial is so deep, the patina so warm that I will have to seriously fight to try to get it. Still missing an Underline in my 1675 Theme, and this one...

Serial Nr seems correct
I just checked my 1675 GMT also from december1963 it is 875 7xx. However my dial has the t < 25 already. Nobody is really sure if this is a replacement dial or that some were issued this way. Apparantly some were issued with a t < 25. Your thoughts?...
In general t<25 = round crown guard.
Pointed crown guards ended with swiss only dials. But unless the original owner is around to verify it will remain a question mark. But enjoy it and who cares what others think. Bill
