Urgent need your advise on this Single Red 1680 MK1 Meter First...

Hi Philipps,
My name is Todd, a private collector based in Hong Kong. I'm sorry to bother you, but couldn't resist to ask your expert advise on this piece which I'm intend to buy over the next few days. I just want to be sure the dial and the rest of the watch is geniune.
The seller send me the photos which is in PDF format which I can't upload on this post, therefore, I have to send a private email to you so as to ask for your opinion.
