And what a party it was! I was fortunate to be invited by The Hour Glass and Tudor Singapore for this party.
The venue was set up with scenes of adventures and with models in ranger camouflage outfits. A popular deejay, Jean Danker, was our host for the night.
Great food, whiskey and other drinks too! Lots of fun!
But I digressed....
The main star of the party was the Tudor Heritage Ranger timepiece.
It reminds me of the Rolex Explorer (at a much lower price point) and it's definitely a watch for adventure!
When I wore it, it felt very sturdy, solid and well made and it has a very legible dial. At 41mm, it somehow manages to fit my small wrist well too.
I love the bracelet and the leather bund-style strap with a slight preference to the bracelet. Both versions also come with a camouflage fabric strap, which look very cool!
I also took the chance to see other Tudor watches such as the heritage Black Bay. I haven't looked at Tudor for a long time now I must admit but after last night, I am starting to like their offerings especially the Black bay and also the new Heritage Ranger in bracelet.
Special thanks to The Hour Glass and Tudor Singapore for the party.
Some pics to share here. what do you think of Tudor's latest Heritage Ranger offering?
Cheers
Robin
The bracelet version is my favorite. Feels very sturdy and solid yet very comfortable.
The Heritage Ranger on the leather strap. I like it but I guess the strap needs to be more seasoned to feel good.
Nice trio. The camouflage fabric strap on the Heritage Ranger looks really cool!
Jean Danker was our host for the night
Me posing with the Heritage Ranger
Excellent whiskey for the party!
Roast Pork! Excellent with the whiskey
Good selection of cheese, fruits and meats to go with the drinks too

Indeed! I have 2 more events in the next 4 days to attend! :) but with all these nice watches, I am happy attending. The Ranger is difficult to remove from the wrist I must admit. I wore it for so long that someone in the queue was giving me a "danger sta...
I was Lucky to spend some time at Changi Airport, at the Rolex Tudor Boutique and to finally try the Black Bay... I think I will get one, one day. I didn't see the Ranger in the flesh, and I am eagelry waiting to do so, just to be sure, but the first feel...

It will also look better on smaller wrists like mine, instead of some angles where the lugs seem to extend out of the wrist more obviously. I think the original version has an integrated end link on the bracelet, if I am not wrong Good feedback for Tudor ...

Yes we will see each other very soon. You miss me? :P No worries, we can visit the Tudor boutique next time to try these watches again. The new Heritage Ranger is pretty impressive! cheers robin
Looks like you had a great time! And these heritage Tudor watches are really appealing. The problem for me is that if I would go for one, I know what will happen... The vintage/heritage game would start! ;) Best Blomman

It may well end up like our JLCs! These Tudors are pretty similar. Competitively priced at good quality and also having good history with nice vintage/modern homage versions. Dangerous to start eh? :) Cheers robin

Pretty sure the original version had the "Ranger" label. But somehow these days, I prefer my dial to be simplier with less words especially for sporty watches. So this still works for me well :) Good feedback and question though for Tudor to consider Chee...

Glad you like the report and event. The Black Bay Blue is a very handsome watch. Personally I prefer the Black Bay in red bezel as it looks more vintage :) cheers robin
