Blomman- may I ask what got you started? What inspired you? Why did you wait so long? You certainly made up for lost time ;) Congratulations also that you kept your first watch. Many don't. I also still have the first Omega my mother gave me when I was 16... 

A lot of different factors.... Money, interests, focus, girls..... A lot of different reasons. But the main reason I think was that I lived a type of life where an expensive watch was not a good thing to have on your wrist! When I turned 30 I changed to a...

was not the Rolex. The Rolex was my 25th. The 16600 was my first Rolex however and joined by a 116400 later on. I started out with Girard Perregaux.. I had a sunburst 1963 Gyromatic

Here in Sweden GP is not very well known.... So I think not many Swedes choose a GP as their first watch! Best Blomman
