I keep my collection in a series of spreadsheets with other key data. However, I’m a realist so I keep a 200 bottle Eurocave near the kitchen filled with drinking wine (enter whatever definition you want here). These bottles aren’t in the collection and are constantly being replenished so I’m not having to adjust my spreadsheets too often. Except for special occasions..... like Tuesday nights ). No, maybe a few times a year. You have a great cellar Bill and really know how to enjoy life.

Back in the day, but after one or two stale ones I accelerated my consumption a bit … best get to work, Mr Bill! I tried the inventory approach too, with spreadsheets, software, etc. but eventually gave up and just grabbed another bottle instead. Now I mo...

Been to the vineyard a number of times. What a property (although I don’t think they let you view Gil Nickel’s car collection in the barn anymore).
