Service Experience

Would anyone be willing to pass on their experience of having their Jaeger Le-Coultre serviced by the factory?  I would like to know generally how well it went, how satisfied were you with the work, (if such comments are allowed on this site), and and most importantly how long was it before you got your watch back.

As for the time it takes, it depends on if you send them a Vintage or a Modern.

For a Vintage, count around 1 year for a full service. For a Modern, count around 2 or 3 months. I only sent 2 Moderns and 2 Vintages at the Service Center in Swiss, but in both cases, the work done on my watches was excellent. The only thing is that for ...

My experience has been that service is very quick, and took less than the 2-3 months that is usually estimated by JLC and the AD -- although count on that amount of time and then be pleasantly surprised. The watch is back before you know it. Good luck. re...

As with Respo, my experience with JLC USA was less than 2-3 months and the service was good. It was a modern piece under warranty and that may affect turn around time, but not entirely sure. I hope your experience is good and you get your watch back as qu...
