I would intuitively say that the Rolex is more known, then it represents a bigger danger.
The U.N is easier to read. You need a bit of time to use the GMT Master, but once you got how it works, it is very easy to read.

Both watches look like quality watches, so i am not sure that either goes under the radar in a 3rd world country.
