.. Friends, some of you might have looked upon my yesterday's little Collage
from the 1st day of my 2-day Submariner-on the wrist- days;
In case you want to have a brief look, it's here:
rolex.watchprosite.com
And you might maybe remember, that it contained some few SR Sub 1980 Macros..
Thus, here today, as I have mentioned yesterday, some more shots of a Submariner;
actually the single pics are from 2 different Subs, both 5513,
- These are one earlier, from 1967, ( rather recent arrival),
the second one of a bit more recent production origin, 1986..
They both are with two different characters: the earlier one with a nicely grey-faded insert,
and pretty light patina, which I like both a lot.
The other one, of younger age, has a nice, a bit shiny dial, with the WG encircled
indices.- Funny somehow, the patina of the rectangular indices @ 6,9,12 appears to be more orange,
whereas the other round indices more yellow/white.
- This makes a bit sort of a "blingy" effect, and also, the circling & indices nicely pick-up
ambient light & sunshine, which makes a nice shine, when I look down...
So, without further ado - here the 5513 - Collage, which I thought about yesterday,
before yesterday's evening posting of the little Macro shots assembly.
- And where was this thought born about ?
Well, if you know me & my City, of course it had been at a nice cup of coffee,
plus an inevitable goodie: a little chocolate cake tarte..
