My Holiday Season wearables - sometimes easy, sometimes a bit tricky..

Well, when you were asking, I hesitated a moment, in fact haven't finished my mind-
books on the Xmas & Holiday " outfit"..

Guess, I will just take it, depending on mood and occasion :

but there will be some fixed Holiday season's candidates from my modest "collection":
Such as the TTR 1931, for some evenings, but also for theatre & opera
where we traditionally attend, in a bit of a festive mood & appeal:

For that purpose I am often to select my JLC RG Geomatic, a watch I really love, when
going out a bit more fancy...

For planned dinners with friends over the holidays, I expect the TT Polaris to get the nod;

and for daywear some Military Vintages ( such as Mark-11 / IWC and VII WWW)

Mark-11, WWW and / or one of the GMTs 1675, always a colorful choice..

And finally I will definitely take & enjoy my Vintage piece of the year 2014,
my beloved Explo 6610, for some smart occasions, like a Cocktail..

And now, in the end , I will also showcase a bit my latest arrival, the (TT) Geophysic 1958;
despite some discussions here , led with quite a bit of passion & liveliness,
for me the case is simple:

I love my ss/ Crosshair model and I do not deeply mind the model inscription low on the dial,
or that it has got an automatic movement, which I would have not preferred ( so what ?) ;

I would guess, for me it's not a "true" Geophysic, in the historical sense & in puristic collectors' minds,
- but indeed she is just a very nice, low key & elegant watch, with lots of DNA !..

And I am more than happy to live with that & love to look down at her ! ..
