.. something, I would like to try on; also the dial too noisy & somehow unbalanced.
- On the other hand, I agree, that although a bit " Un-Rolex", it provides a tint of originality
( retrograde Chrono) and freshness.
- Finally, its size with 44 mm usually for my wrist is way too big, that that would have to be seen
in the real, to be "objectively" assessed.
Lastly, if I think it over, where in todays world of elektronic timing in boat racing,or regattas, dies it fit ?
Does it have it's place of utility ? -- it is more a symbol, than a tool piece, for me at least .
as opposed, let's say a GMT, which still has a usefulness, pretty unchanged ; same for me goes
for a Memovox, which friendly complucation I use quite frequently ..
But I give you that appeal of youthfulness, fresh appearance and sort of "happy being around"..
Thus, again for me,
not enough boxes ticked ..
- with the caveat, that the ultimate reality & wrist-test, I would have to strive for, to maybe
reverse or at least modify my personal judgement & feelings..
Thus, for humble me.. Not quite, but not hopeless..
Would I buy it ? -- Never...
Thx for this ( controversial ?) share and my
Best for the weekend !

PS: I like the other YM's models better: ( eg 116622 ss/Pt),
- with the uniformly " creamy appearance" and/or with
the Pt lunettes, plus WG indices (40 mm) much more
