the watch you could never part-away with?

I am sure we all have a watch of this kind, the one we (hope) we will never ever give away, except maybe to a son or special person.
for me it's my grandfather's Dayjust 1603 from the 70's or 80's.
Besides the emotive side, I think I have not tried another 36mm that fit so well my wrist, love the sober dial with the shinning markers; and the light Jubilee band is just great.
