... for your efforts and time tu put together this information, great photography and your personal view of each of these new models.
I love the trend Tudor has taken in the last years, with the offering ot these recreations of past classics.
As a matter of fact, I already own two of them (the Black Bay -red bezel- and the Heritage Chrono gray dial).
The new Ranger is my next target. I like it very much, including the classic "rotor self winding" semi circular inscription on dial. I´ll be buying it, as soon as it reaches my own Country.
The new Black Bay in blue, I find a bit more elegant than the previous version, but I already got the red, which is more sporty, and I like better with its golden inscriptions. Not to say I don´t like the blue, just a preference. It looks very cool on your wrist, and elegant even with a formal jacket.
The only think I would make a critic on the new Tudors, is the very thick size, which I find a bit distracting and not very pretty. I would prefer a thinner case. Anyway, I´m very happy with my Tudors.
I enjoy very much your report, and liked also the vintage examples shown. I would be more than happy to own any of them, specially the Sub Big Crown of course!
Thank you again, and receive my best cordial regards,
Abel.

Inspired by a historic model, also named Ranger , which the brand produced in the late 1960s, this new model embodies the unique creative approach developed by TUDOR to showcase its heritage in 2010 with the launch of its Heritage Chrono. Far from being a...

Tudor Heritage BlackBay "blue"
By: small-luxury-world : May 15th, 2014-04:18
Heritage Black Bay "blue" - for some it is a novelty and for others it is just another version with blue bezel instead of a red one. The red one was already introduced two years ago and it was nothing less than awarded with the “Revival” category prize by...
I usually do not like these "revival" watches...

but this BlackBay Blue sure is beautiful in the photos. I think the original "snowflake" still is more desirable, but the Blue seems a good modern alternative.

... just for your pleasure. For those which are interested in more details about the history of the brand and their watches I would like to recommend a book which was done by Tudor and shown in Basel. It would be nice to see more books like this, from oth...

I totally agree with you, Tudor did an awesome job on the collection for some years, now... 4, 5? One we never, or almost, discuss in the Advisor. A very interesting calibre, born from the collaboration between Rolex AND Tudor. Then, the charming series o...

soon :-) Nico, I know your deep love for vintage and if you go for a new one - it´s a real compliment for what Tudor did. Thanks, my friend! Oliver

Modest prices and well-made pieces will always be the sorbet to the more tasty offerings. Maybe Rolex should take a cue on how Tudor manages heritage collections ;-) Great reportage, very informative, insightful all served on a very tasteful montage of ph...
