Even if I am always " in doubt " when I read the words " Never polished ".
I'd say that the watch you show is a superb example of a case in awesome condition.
Has it been very lightly polished before, it is hard to say.
The tactile test is also important, but one thing isure, here the real experience is the most important.
Comparing, feeling and touching many cases will help to get an idea of what is a case in superb condition.
Though, your criterias are excellent, and can be very helpful for those who are in search of a nice case.
A queston, actually: For you, the most important is the dial then the case?
I must say that for mle, the dial is very important, but the case must have a minimum condition for me to consider the watch.
Interesting discussion....
All the bes,t Bill, and thank you so much for such an interesting topic.
