Is Your Patek on a strap?

I like the Annual Calendar in 18k white or in Platinum on the strap. But I also like the Rolex Day-Date, but usually in yellow gold. I'm a Rolex guy, but I love Patek, and I have always kept up with them.

For me, Patek has always been the only alternative to my Rolex hobby. But, I must confess that Audemars is coming on real strong in some pieces. My next Patek, in a few years, will be some type of Calatrava in Rose or yellow gold.

Patek Philippe truly makes beautiful and exquisite timepieces, and I am glad that I do have a viable 'Gray' market dealer for them, even though I prefer purchasing Patek, as well as Rolex, from authorized dealers.

Best Regards,
J.

Really, when you think about it, there are obviously a lot more wealthy people who are not WIS, than there are WISs. So obviously a Rolex Plat would sell easier. Morgan

I can get new Patek watches on the 'Gray' market here in Los Angeles. But you don't see Rolex on the gray market, you simply see them at 'second-hand' stores. I was, in fact, surprised to find this Gray market Patek dealer. And the watches were not fakes,...

but I love my WG 5036. it is crystal clear on the dial and has a nice weight much like the platinum rolex president. To me, I find the patek more interesting to look at.
